What's to Expect for BTC, ETH, XRP, and BNB Prices Ahead of EU MiCA's Tomorrow Deadline?

Importance High

The cryptocurrency market remains under pressure ahead of the European Union’s MiCA regulation deadline on July 1, with total market capitalization down 0.69% to $2.05 trillion. Traders are closely watching Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and BNB prices as Europe prepares for stricter crypto enforcement.

The Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) regulation requires all crypto exchanges operating in the EU to obtain approval or cease operations. Currently, only 244 out of over 3,000 previously registered crypto firms have obtained licenses. This has led to service disruptions and potential exits from the region, impacting user access and liquidity.

Bitcoin price dropped 1.49% to $59,257 on Tuesday, pressured by the MiCA deadline and over $4.1 billion in outflows from U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs in June. The $58,000 support level is now critical; a defense could lead to sideways movement, while a break below could push Bitcoin toward $56,000.

Ethereum price rebounded from the $1,500 support level after failing to hold above it. The initial resistance is around $1,600; a strong bounce could propel Ethereum toward $2,000. If selling resumes, the $1,500 level will be watched closely, with a potential decline to $1,385.

XRP price fell 0.80% to $1.04 amid extreme fear in the market, but spot ETFs recorded $15.34 million in net inflows on June 29. If XRP holds above $1.00, it could attempt to push toward $1.15. A close below $1.00 could lead to further declines to $0.95.

Binance Coin (BNB) dropped 0.92% to $549, with the $540-$550 range serving as a crucial support. Failure to break above this range could bring the price to $520.

Overall, the EU MiCA deadline is adding volatility, with prices testing key supports and regulatory uncertainty driving caution among investors.
