Trump Discloses Over $1.4 Billion in Personal Crypto Income in Annual Filing
President Trump has disclosed over $1.4 billion in personal income from cryptocurrency ventures in his latest annual financial filing, according to a report by The Daily Hodl.
The filing details $635 million in royalties from his memecoin business, alongside more than $715 million from World Liberty Financial token sales, equity sales, and wallet income. Trump’s family memecoins—Trump Coin (Official Trump) and Melania Coin (Official Melania Meme)—have seen significant declines since their peaks. Trump Coin is down approximately 98% from its January 2025 high above $73, while Melania Coin has fallen 99.4% from its peak near $13.70.
Company disclosures, including token offering documents, state that Trump-family entities are entitled to 75% of net proceeds from certain token sales after expenses. World Liberty Financial, co-founded by Trump’s sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, maintains ties to Trump and affiliated entities.
The filing also reveals cryptocurrency holdings through affiliated entities such as DT Marks Defi LLC and CIC Digital LLC. These include over $50 million each in Bitcoin and Ethereum, plus smaller positions in USDC and other digital assets.
