Bybit Introduces Finloop’s FUIDL Backed by an AAA-rated Money Market Fund

Importance High

Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has announced a collaboration with Finloop Finance Technology Holding Limited to introduce the Finloop USD Instant Digital Liquidity (FUIDL). FUIDL is a tokenized USD liquidity product backed by an AAA-rated money market fund, providing institutional and professional investors with on-chain access to a highly rated liquidity fund.

The product allows hourly subscription and redemption, with T+0 (same-day) interest accrual. It is designed to enable efficient capital movement between traditional and digital asset markets. The underlying fund has received the highest ratings from major international agencies: AAAm from Standard & Poor’s, Aaa-mf from Moody’s, and AAAmmf from Fitch.

Finloop acts as the tokenization agent, providing infrastructure that connects traditional money market fund assets with blockchain-based settlement. Bybit will allow FUIDL to be used as collateral for trading on its platform. The collaboration aims to combine the transparency and speed of digital assets with the stability and operational standards expected by institutional investors.

Bybit’s Global Head of TradFi and RWA, Yoyee Wang, said the partnership is a pivotal step in realizing the vision of “The New Financial Platform,” merging institutional-grade trust with digital infrastructure. The integration of ByCustody with Finloop’s tokenization technology will pilot T+0 settlement for select asset types, with a planned global rollout throughout 2026.

Finloop CEO Cai Hua stated that the collaboration demonstrates how a wealth technology platform and a digital exchange can work together to achieve instantaneous settlement while meeting high operational and regulatory standards.

FUIDL is available to eligible investors, with hourly subscription and redemption options. The initiative represents a significant milestone in bridging traditional finance and digital assets.
